What are you doing tonight? Tune in online tonigh What are you doing tonight? Tune in online tonight Sunday January 15 at 6pm Pacific / 9pm Eastern Time to Rick Steves’ “Festival of Europe: Italy's Countryside: Tuscany, Umbria, the Cinque Terre, the Dolomites”.

Yes, that’s me, Michele, and Michelle in the photo with Rick Steves on October 24, 2012, one year after the flood that devastated Vernazza and pushed us to start non-profit Save Vernazza.

Rick Steves and his team helped get the word out about our little town on its road to recovery. We are eternally grateful to Rick and to the thousands of supporters for their generosity to Save Vernazza. “Together we can make a difference.”

The Rick Steves guide to Italy is the best-selling guide book in the US and for good reason: Rick Steves knows Italy. Tune in to learn more, whether you are an independent traveler who is looking for good advice or if you want to join a Rick Steves tour (and get a discount code).

Last night, I watched the Festival of Europe: Switzerland and it made me want to plan a trip!
